Acceptance of Terms of Use
 
Chinese Savvy and ChineseSavvy.com (also referred to as “the Site”) provide this web site to you, subject to these Terms of Use. The Terms of Use may be updated by Chinese Savvy from time to time without notice to you. You acknowledge that Chinese Savvy reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse or terminate access to the Site by you at any time. You acknowledge you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You further agree to comply with all local laws, regulations and rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. You also agree to ensure that the money(s) you agree to pay to Chinese Savvy will be transferred to us within a reasonable time frame. You agree not to purchase for pay content with credit cards, debit cards or PayPal accounts with insufficient funds. In the event you purchase content and we do not receive payment and we are fined due to your inability to pay us for the use of said content, you will be held financially responsible for any fines to which Chinese Savvy is subject, in addition to the initial agreed-upon price of the paid content. Failure to comply with this agreement may result in your account being terminated at the discretion of Chinese Savvy.

All paid content is subject to the restrictions outlines above under Copyrights, Trademarks and International Property Rights and Restrictions on Use of Content. By purchasing content from Chinese Savvy and ChineseSavvy.com, you agree to abide by this agreement. Failure to do so will violate Chinese Savvy’s intellectual property rights and will be subject to Chinese Savvy’s full legal rights and remedies and thus subject to legal action.

Use of Forums and Registration

To post messages on the ChineseSavvy.com forum, you must register as a member. This registration is free of charge. By registering, you agree to abide the Terms of Membership.

When you register, you must choose a unique user name or "handle" and you must provide a unique, valid email address. Duplicate user names and email addresses are not allowed, so if the name or address you enter is already in use, you will be prompted to choose another. To prevent any member from using another's handle, each member's account is password protected. These forums, at its own discretion, may bar registration from any specific email service or ISP.

Any message posted on our forums expresses only the views of the author of the message and does not necessarily reflect the views of ChineseSavvy.com or any person or entity associated with them. ChineseSavvy.com forums use moderators and administrators to monitor the content and appearance of messages posted in the forums.
